A “press freedom caravan” initiated by the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) in Manila, is actually conducted in Europe and will stop by Geneva February 21st 2019.

Presidential Communications Secretary Martin Andanar said the Philippine delegation, that includes representatives from the national task force created by President Duterte to end the local communist armed conflict, would visit Bosnia, Belgium, and Switzerland for talks with the United Nations (UN) and the European Union (EU) representatives.

The Philippines government will try to reassure the UN of its commitment to respect, protect, and fulfill its human rights obligations about cases of enforced and involuntary disappearances that took place in the country from 1975 to 2012.
I look forward to seeing you on this occasion
The forum will be followed by drinks.
